Castell, an AHLA Foundation Project

Castell Project is a non-profit dedicated to seeing women in more than one of every three seats at all levels of hospitality industry leadership and ownership. Castell delivers 5 initiatives to move the industry forward including Castell Program leadership training accelerating women on the corporate ladder, benchmark research, promoting women on the podium, Castell@College encouraging future leaders and Fortuna’s Table moving women into ownership.
