When will registration for the 2024 HUNTER Conference open?

Registration will go live early fall of 2023. For further questions, please contact ConferenceTeam@hunterhotels.net.

What does the registration fee include?

The in-person registration fee includes access to all conference sessions, exhibit and networking level, Tuesday and Wednesday evening receptions, Wednesday and Thursday breakfast, Wednesday and Thursday lunch, all food and beverage breaks, access to our virtual platform, sponsors’ resources, and attendee roster.

Can I register to attend only part of the conference?

Registration will be available for the full conference only: Tuesday, March 19 – Thursday, March 21, 2024. There is no proration.

What is the dress code?

When will I receive the attendee roster?

We provide the attendee roster to all attendees via email the weeks leading up to the conference. Attendees will have access to network with in-person and virtual attendees.

Is there a discount for students or professors?

Full-time students and University faculty will receive a discounted rate to attend the conference in-person and virtually. For more information, please contact us at ConferenceTeam@hunterhotels.net from your University-issued email address. This rate is available to active students and faculty only. Proof of a University issued identification will be required.
